Spring Has Sprung!!

Easter Visit

This Easter, my mom, sister, niece, and nephew came down for a visit!!  It was so fun being able to see them again and spend time with them all!  I miss being able to be close to my family so that the kids can grow up together :( The kids had fun coloring eggs, making slime, swimming, jumping on the trampoline, riding the dirt bike, and just playing together!!  So glad they were able to come down to visit!
We also were able to get a picture with Jason's parents with the kids on Easter :)

15!! NO WAY!!

It's so hard to believe that Jesse is 15 years old!!  It seems like yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital!!  We are thankful for him and the young man that he is becoming.  I look forward to see where God leads him in the future.

Our Newest Member of the Family!!

On February 27th, we had gotten a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy!!  We had gotten her for an awesome deal!!  Typically they are $1,200 but because she did not have registered papers, we were able to get her for $200!!  She is one spoiled puppy and is growing SO fast!!  The kids love her and for awhile, you could count on seeing her right next to Jenna the majority of the time :) Now she is bigger and plops wherever she pleases...well, except the rule!! :)

January Scares

January was a very busy month!!  On the 8th of January, Jason's dad had fallen and broke his hip.  It was a very long two weeks in the hospital and we thought he would not come home.  Life has been forever changed as there is 24 hour care for his dad.
On January 14th, we took Jenna to the ER for the second time in a row.  Jessica and Jenna had been sick for several weeks.  Jenna would turn blue and would stop breathing.  We found out that she had pertussis or whooping cough.  We were taken to Children's Hospital down in Little Rock where we stayed for 4 days before being sent home.  She continued to have a few coughing spells that would turn her lips blue.  It was very horrifying watching your 5 month old at the time go through this.  We believe Jessica had whooping cough as well.  Both girls had a constant cough for a good three months!  We are extremely thankful that both girls are healthy!!

A week and a half being in the hospital, Bill finally was able to get outside

Jessica sent us some bracelets and gift baskets with Jason when he come down to visit
